Divine Interventions

"When divine power is combined with human effort, the work will spread like fire in the stubble. God will employ
agencies whose origin man will be unable to discern; angels will do a work which men might have had the blessing
of accomplishing, had they not neglected to answer the claims of God." {1SM 118}

Hebrews 13:2 “Be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels unawares.”

Before the “Creeping Compromise” dream, the pastor in the dream had been praying silently for some time how to
pray that the evil angels be escorted out of his sanctuary. He had also recently been silently praying about what to
preach on. No one knew what he had been praying about. The dream included the answers to his prayers. A few
days before the dream, the pastor was visited by someone who brought a book to him and said, “You need to read
this.” The pastor responded that he had read the book many years ago. It was entitled, Creeping Compromise.

No one knew about it, but for a few months Brother J. (in the "Go Forth" dream) had been praying secretly,
asking God how he could be a part of the 4 His People Ministry, feeling he was not a person that God could use.
He had been wrestling with the hidden sin of watching the wrong type of movies. On the night of August 21, he
went to his TV cabinet full of movies and kneeled down to look through the movie titles. He then began to quietly
plead with the Lord, “I don’t want to do this. I want to quit. Why can’t you help me?” Suddenly he heard an audible
voice say, “Joe, get up and leave the room. Go into the other room and you will see that I have left a gift for you.”
Joe walked to the other room, looked around and found a book. He had never seen it there before, has never
owned a copy, and no one in his family placed it there. The book was entitled, Creeping Compromise. Brother J.
is convinced that it was placed there by an angel. He adds a special note: “It has changed my whole mind set from
this world to heavenly things and God's desire for my life. Now I can be a tool in His hands. This experience has also
completely affected my son that works with me. Thanks be to God!!! It is time to wake up, to be filled with His Holy
Spirit!!! Praise God our Father and Jesus for loving us so very much! Love, your brother in Christ Jesus, J.”
